Arguments:	rtc_min:: value of minute in hardware clock(rtc ) sys_min:: value of minute in system clock
Explanation*:	Kernel on a server synchronized by NTP (Network Time Protcol) resets rtc (Real Time Clock: hardware clock) every 11 seconds by using system clock. This message is displayed if kernel detected over 30 minutesdifference between rtc and system clock at the process resseting the rtc. The rtc is not reset if this message is displayed.
Category*:	(default:priorityと同じ)
Action:	If this message displayed one time, it may be no problem. If this message displayed continuously, it may be any problem about rtc. So, contact your support agent of the system.
Misc:	Kernel checks minutes value and not checked houres value. So kernel regard the difference between 59 (minutes) and 2 (minutes) is 57.
Example:	set_rtc_mmss: can't update from 59 to 10
