An unreasonable I/O was detected, which attempted to access beyond the end of the target block type device(e.g. hard disk, floppy disk, CD-ROM). The name of the device is displayed with the related information as described in the Arguments section.
In this case, the I/O should be terminated in error. It's possible that the file area information recognized by the file system clashed with the information delivered by the associated device driver.

An error occurred on a [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SCSI SCSI](Small Computer System Interface)device shown in the message with the corresponding SCSI number. A code refered by ''result'' consists of five pieces of the detailed error information. It's represented by 8 digit hexadecimal number in the format: 0x VW XX YY ZZ. The meaning of the each part is as follows:
[[BR]]
V: error code to show actions after the error
0=normal

When the [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SCSI SCSI] (Small Computer System Interface) device has been reserved by other application host, and another application host was going to use the device, the message is outputted. The SCSI reservation is usually used for exclusive access to a joint disk between systems which constitute a cluster machine. In case of a disk being reserved in one system, any commands fail entirely from another system to the disk, and the RESERVATION_CONFLICT error occurs.

In case of the [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SCSI SCSI](Small Computer System Interface) host requesting a reset of qla2xxx driver, the message is outputted. It can be assumed that the reset of the device was done successfully and all ongoing I/Os on the device were aborted, if they were.
